Approved permits allow work to start immediately 

The construction of the villas of Borgo San Niccolò and the environmental redevelopment project of the entire area have already been authorized by the competent Offices of the Municipality of Volterra with Building Permit no. 3968/2023 and all the primary, secondary urbanization charges, construction cost and rights have already been paid according to current regulations. 
As regards the execution phase, the opinions of the bodies responsible for network services (Enel, Telecom, Aqueduct) have been acquired, so the project is in the construction phase, not requiring further authorisations for the start of the works.
